- October 30, 1975: Merged with Hull Town Mutual Insurance Company
- December 18, 1975: Added Wood county to the writing territory
- May 10, 1984: Merged with Rusk County Mutual, added the following counties:
- March 1995: Added Portage and Lincoln County to the writing territory
- January 1, 1998: Converted to a 611 Limited Assessable Domestic Mutual
- September 6, 2007: Moved to current location at 141 South Wisconsin Avenue, Medford WI
Farmington Mutual
- June 5, 1878: Company was organized as Farmington Mutual Fire Insurance
- February 28, 1952: started writing fire and wind policies
- March 26, 1966: changed name to: Farmington Mutual Insurance
- June 29, 1971: bought current lot and built current office building
- September 1972: moved into the current building at East Farmington
- May 20, 1986: added the counties of Dunn, Eau Claire, Chippewa and Washburn
- September 16, 1996: Converted to a 611 Domestic Mutual
- January 1997: Merged with Warren Mutual
